What do I eat on my breaks ?

Day 11 of the blogger nurse 30 day challenge.

Now, the real question here is, what don’t I eat! Haha. I’m obsessed with eating! You wouldn’t think it to look at me, I’m tall and skinny Malinky (my nan used to call me this). There was an old Scottish song that went with it too… not sure how offended I should be looking back at it. You decide…

Went to the pictures

And fell through the seat.

When the picture started

Skinny Malinky farted

Anyway, what do I eat on my breaks? It depends where I am really. If I’m at uni it differs from taking my own sandwiches, crisps, biscuits, fruit, salad or going to the canteen and getting a nice hot or cold meal! But the way our breaks are at the minute, very random times, I tend to take food I can get out and eat right away and anywhere.

When out on placement, if I have a microwave I will take hot food to reheat, usually a meal from the night before. I will take biscuits and fruit to have in my tea breaks or even something very unhealthy like pop tarts! Haha.

I have a little tub with my sugar and teabags in too and a water bottle / flask to stay hydrated.

Sorry that’s probably not very exciting is it! But I hope you’ve had a laugh at my little song for the day.

Have a great day evening everyone.
