Student Nurse – Community Volunteering Experience

Hi all!

Thank you so much for stopping by 🙂 If you are new, a huge welcome to you! If you have read my previous blog a huge thank you to you all.

As I mentioned in my previous blog, I am currently on my community scoping experience. I have rolled the whole week into one vlog. But this week I have been on:

  • BUDS
  • Birmingham and Solihull CCG Continuing healthcare (CHC)
  • Birmingham City University Training day for the buddy scheme coming up.

And what a week it has been. I have learnt so much from this week!  I had to vlog about the CCG CHC because there was so much information and it just doesn’t come across right when I write it all down. So, I wanted to make sure I didn’t confuse anyone haha.

If you have the time and interested how CCGs for CHC work, ho check it out.

Nursing Student

Community Scoping Experience

37 years old and I have finally achieved my dream of becoming a nurse. I had around 10 years healthcare experience before I started my nursing degree and then when I qualified I went straight into GP Nursing. I have a passion for sexual health, transgender health, LGBTQ+ health and all things shiny.
